(1) Age
Before registering as a member of this Service, you should ensure that you are at least 18 years old. You must be age 18 or older. If you are a minor who has limited capacity to make juridical acts, this Agreement shall be approved by your guardian. If you are a person who has no capacity to make juridical acts, shall be represented by your guardian for making or receiving this Agreement on behalf of you. If you are such minor users as mentioned above, please make sure that your guardian has already read, acknowledge and agreed all the terms and conditions of this Agreement before your using or continuing using our services.
(2) Accuracy of Member Information
a) When applying to use this Service, you should provide complete, detailed, truthful, and verifiable personal information that matches your identification documents. If there are any changes or errors in the information you provided, you should correct it promptly.
b) If you fail to provide accurate personal information or if the information provided no longer matches your current situation, we may suspend the provision of this Service. If you register with false information or impersonate others, infringing on the rights of third parties, you should bear the legal responsibility on your own.
(1) The account and password obtained after registration are for your personal use only, and one account cannot be shared among multiple users.
(2) You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password. If there is any dispute or damage caused by sharing, transferring, disclosing, or lending your account or password to third parties, we cannot and will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
(3) If you discover any malicious or illegal activities, or if your member account password may be compromised or involved in fraud or other criminal cases, you should actively notify our company. You agree that our company may temporarily lock the service account you have opened and cooperate with relevant authorities to transfer your information for investigation. If our company determines that a user or member account has violated these terms, we may suspend or terminate the user's right to use the Service at any time, depending on the severity of the situation, or directly stop or delete that member account.
(4) If our company does not receive payment for goods purchased or services used through online credit card transactions or other non-cash methods within the specified period, we may temporarily suspend all accounts and services you have applied for without prior notice and assess whether to lock the account. Your account may be restored to normal use only after our company confirms that your payment has been received.
(1) You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes or in any illegal manner and promises to comply with the laws of the Republic of China and international regulations and practices. The user also agrees not to engage in any activities that infringe on the rights of others or are illegal, including but not limited to:
a) Infringing on the reputation, credit, privacy rights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, copyrights, other intellectual property rights, and other rights of the Company or third parties.
b) Using the Service for fraudulent activities or illegally obtaining property from the Company or third parties through improper means, such as charging devices or automatic payment devices.
c) Using illegal programs or methods to intrude into the Service, or engaging in other similar illegal activities that hinder computer use.
d) Impersonating others by registering with their information or engaging in other similar acts of forgery.
e) Maliciously posting a large number of repeated messages, or sending or publishing topics unrelated to the Service, such as gender, religion, race, politics, or election propaganda, through the Service.
f) Using the Service for profit-making activities without the Company's consent or making it appear related to profit-making activities, including but not limited to exchanging the content of this service for money or other property, buying or selling accounts, or trading bonus points for cash, is strictly prohibited.
g) Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company that hinder the operation of the system or harm the rights and interests of users and the Company.
(2) Regarding the content you provide, it shall not include the following information:
a) Illegal activities or advocacy of anti-social activities;
b) Obscene expressions involving sexual indecency, sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, or sexual insinuation.
c) Discriminatory or derogatory behavior towards any individual or group;
d) False, inaccurate, or intentionally deceptive information that may adversely affect public interests (including health, safety, etc.);
e) Harassment or abuse of other individuals or groups, including our employees, management, agents, or other users;
f) Depicting or glorifying violent, bloody, brutal, or terrifying scenes;
g) Other content that may have adverse effects on human behavior or psychology.
We require the rights to execute, host, or publish the content you upload. Therefore, you agree to grant us a free, worldwide license to distribute, publish, reproduce, publicly transmit, publicly display, edit, modify, or otherwise use all content (including but not limited to audio, video, text, images, programs, etc.).
(3) Protection of Children and Adolescents' Rights
The Company places great importance on the protection of the rights of children and adolescents. We strictly prohibit any content provided or published by users that involves obscene expressions related to minors, including sexual indecency, sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, or sexual insinuation. If users encounter any content that raises concerns about the rights of children and adolescents while using this service, please contact our customer service immediately at B2CCS@gashpoint.com.
(4) Consequences of Violating Prohibited Activities
If a user violates any prohibitions, the Company may suspend or terminate the user's right to use the Service at any time. If the Company suffers any damages as a result, we reserve the right to seek compensation for those damages.

(1) When using our service, you can download or use certain content for free, but at the time of use, additional restrictions may apply (such as agreements with content providers).
(2) Some content may requires payment to use, and you can make payments through the payment system within this service. Refund Mechanism
a) Please note that, unless otherwise required by law, any points (account balance) you have recharged in this service are not redeemable for cash or refundable. Please carefully assess your needs and confirm the purchase amount before buying. If you meet the relevant refund regulations in your jurisdiction, please contact customer service for assistance at B2CCS@gashpoint.com.
b) If you make a direct purchase within an app provided by a third party or redeem relevant services using points (account balance) within this service, the refund mechanism will follow the refund policies announced by the third party provider. Please contact the third party provider to apply for a refund.
All works and data related to our service, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, other intellectual property rights, or any other rights, belong to this company or its rights holders. Without prior consent from us or its rights holders, you shall not reproduce, transmit, modify, edit, or use in any form or for any purpose any of the aforementioned content.
(1) In order to protect the information security, transaction security, or safeguard the rights and interests of customers of this service, the company may terminate, cancel, or suspend all or part of this service after providing advance notice and notifying you individually. If we terminate your access to this service due to your violation of any provision of these terms, the company will not refund any amounts to you. Therefore, we remind you to carefully read and understand the relevant terms.
(2) If you decide to terminate the service provided by the company and request a settlement of the remaining unused points balance, you agree that the Company may deduct necessary costs before issuing any refunds.
If you are the intellectual property rights owner and believe that content on the Service infringes your rights, please contact us in accordance with our "Intellectual Property Policy." Please note that sending false or meaningless deletion notices may have legal consequences. Before sending a deletion request, please consider the situation of legal use, such as fair use or authorized use.
(1) The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. Without limiting this, we expressly disclaim all express, implied, or statutory warranties regarding this website and service, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, ownership, security, accuracy, and non-infringement.
(2) We do not warrant that this service will meet your requirements, provide uninterrupted service, be timely, secure, or error-free; or that the information provided is accurate, reliable, or correct; or that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the service will be available at a specific time or location; or that the service is free of viruses or other harmful components. You have to assume all responsibility and risk for any loss incurred from downloading and/or using files, information, content, or other materials obtained from the Service.
The Company may modify, suspend, or interrupt all or part of the Service at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances, and shall not be liable to you or any third party:
a) During regular testing, updates, or maintenance of the Company's website, servers, or hardware/software.
b) If the server is damaged in any way, resulting in abnormal behavior.
c) If there is poor transmission quality from the ISP network lines or other delays in connecting to the Company's servers over the internet.
d) Other service suspensions, interruptions, changes, or cancellations caused by factors beyond the Company's control and of an irresistible nature (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, and other natural disasters).
You agree in the event that your use of the Service or other related factors result in third party claiming any rights against the company, you shall be responsible for handling and protecting Company and its personnel from bearing any related damages. If this causes any damages to the company or its personnel, you shall bear the relevant compensation (including judgment fees, attorney fees, etc.).
(1) Dormant Account Management
To protect the operational costs and overall membership benefits of this service, upon agreeing to become a member of this service, you consent that if you do not actively use the substantial transaction functions provided by the company (substantial transaction functions refer to users engaging in transactions involving currency, points, or cards through the company, including activities such as depositing points, deducting points, or buying and selling services) within six months from the date of your last active transaction via the company's service, your membership status will be categorized as "dormant" starting from the following month. You understand and agree that during the dormant status, the company may deduct a monthly membership service management fee equivalent to $0.50 USD from any remaining points or balances in your account, effective from the first day of each month, until your remaining points or balances are depleted within the service. This fee is intended to cover the company's ongoing efforts to maintain your membership rights and sustain the service in the long term. If your account remains dormant for a cumulative period exceeding 5 years, you agree that the company may terminate all your rights in this service in accordance with the "Service Termination" clause, without any claim for compensation or indemnification.
(2) Terms Change
If there are any changes to the Terms, we will notify you in advance, and the new version of the Terms will take effect after the notification. By continuing to use this service, you agree to accept the Terms as amended. If you do not agree to these changes, please stop using the Service.
(3) Governed law and jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these terms shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan. In the event of any disputes arising from these terms, you agree that the Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
(4) In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
